 We are Quickbooks ProAdvisor certified and utilize Quickbooks online exclusively for all bookkeeping clients. Services within this platform are fully customizable for each client's unique needs, nothing "cookie cutter" or "one-size-fits-all" here! 

Services offered vary for each client, we can find a solution for almost any business structure and industry. Monthly and quarterly services can include bank/credit/loan account reconciliations, management level financial reports (unaudited), cost allocations, maintaining fixed asset accounts, payroll, and more. We also include the filing of annual Business Tangible Property Returns and Business License Renewals in every ongoing monthly or quarterly engagement at no additional charge. 

 We offer annual business and passthrough income reporting and tax filing services for all business structures (1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990 etc). We also offer individual tax services for the business owners we serve.

In addition to annual federal and state tax return filing, we provide year-round tax planning and consulting services to help you make more informed decisions unique to your situation. We provide guidance related to the potential tax benefits or liabilities involved in regular day to day operations as well as unusual or extraordinary transactions such as fixed asset acquisitions, change in corporate structure, etc.
